At Vyn Dene, we want your wine to arrive in perfect condition and in good time. This policy sets out how we deliver our wines and how we handle returns, cancellations, and any issues that might arise.
1. Delivery overview
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. All wines are securely packed and sent using trusted couriers.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery time: Typically within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Free Local Delivery
We’re proud to support our local community. Orders to addresses within HP16 and other surrounding postcodes qualify for free delivery.

2. Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 calendar days of confirmation. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
3. Delivery requirements
- Deliveries must be received by someone aged 18 or over.
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy: if the recipient appears under 25, ID will be requested.
- If no one is available or age verification fails, delivery may be rearranged or cancelled.
4. Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Unwanted orders
If you change your mind, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The wine is unopened, in saleable condition, and safely returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
You are responsible for return postage unless the wine was delivered in error or was damaged/faulty.
Damaged or faulty wines
If your wine arrives damaged, corked, or otherwise compromised, please contact us immediately with photos and a description. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
