Vyn Dene Rosé 2024
Pale pink in hue, this Pinot Noir rosé is dry, restrained and gently savoury in style. Subtle notes of redcurrant, citrus peel and wild herbs lead into a clean, lightly textured palate. Fresh and composed, it is designed with food in mind rather than overt fruit.
Made from Pinot Noir grown at JoJo’s Vineyard in the Chiltern Hills, Rosé 2024 reflects a cool season and a deliberate, dry style. Following 30 hours of skin contact, the wine was wild fermented in stainless steel and taken through full malolactic conversion to soften its natural acidity.
Pale in colour and restrained on the nose, it offers delicate redcurrant, citrus peel and faint floral notes with a subtle savoury edge. The palate is dry and lightly textured, with gentle acidity carrying through to a clean finish.
Pair with: A gastronomic rosé suited to grilled prawns, charcuterie or simple Mediterranean dishes, where its structure and subtlety come into their own.
